The Fabbrica della Pasta di Gragnano has launched a unique European tour, leaving from Rome with a branded camper van fully equipped as a professional kitchen. Led by Antonino Moccia, the initiative offers free lessons in which experts reveal the secrets to cooking perfect pasta, including the iconic Caccavella, the world's largest single portion pasta shape. After Rome, the tour will visit Monte Carlo, Paris, Berlin and other cities, sharing the tradition and culinary art of Italian pasta across Europe.
