Pasta: "The hours that Matter" Event for the International Museum Day

ANSA - Terra & Gusto highlights the initiative of the Pasta Factory of Gragnano, "The hours that count", organized on the occasion of the International Museum Day on May 18. The exhibition offered a unique museum experience, showing first-century machinery and a working drying cell to demonstrate their traditional low-temperature drying process, which lasts up to 60 hours. This method is a hallmark of the quality and authenticity that defines their pasta.
