Pasta: "The hours that Matter" Event for the International Museum Day
ANSA - Terra & Gusto highlights the initiative of the Pasta Factory of Gragnano, "The hours that count", organized on the occasion of the International Museum Day on May 18. Ciro Moccia and his brothers shared how time is a universal value of their craft approach. The exhibition offered a unique museum experience, showing first-century machinery and a working drying cell to demonstrate their traditional low-temperature drying process, which lasts up to 60 hours. This method is a hallmark of the quality and authenticity that defines their pasta.
