At Vinitaly 2018, La Fabbrica della Pasta di Gragnano made a unique impression by transforming its stand into a remarkable art gallery. The exhibit featured iconic creations such as the Caccavella, the world’s largest single portion pasta shape, and the Sole di Gragnano. The event celebrated the 10th anniversary of the Caccavella, paying tribute to the tradition and creativity that define Gragnano’s IGP-certified pasta. Under the leadership of the Moccia siblings, the company continues to innovate while preserving its artisanal roots, bringing Italian excellence to over 50 countries worldwide.
